In IE9 beta, you have to press [Alt] to view the Menu Bar temporarily. But if you use it very often or are accustomed to the old style of it being visible all the time, you can make it always visible. Open Regedit by pressing [Win] + [R] and typing Regedit in the run command dialog box. Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwarePoliciesMicrosoft. Right-Click on Microsoft, and select New then click Key. Enter the name as Internet Explorer. Now right-click Internet Explorer, and select New and click on Key. Type Main when prompted for a name. Right click on Main, select New, then click on DWord (32 Bit) value. Type AlwaysA-howMenus and set its value to 1. Now if you press [Alt] while in IE9, the Menu bar will appear permanently.
